1. What is Concetto O?
Concetto O is a project that transforms Ivrea’s Olivetti architecture into places to live and explore. By staying among original furnishings, guests step into the history and vision that made the city unique — now recognised by UNESCO as “Ivrea, Industrial City of the 20th Century.”

2. Can you sleep in Olivetti architectures?
Yes. Thanks to Concetto O, some residences such as La Serra and Talponia are now habitable and offer authentic overnight stays immersed in Olivetti design and history.

3. Which Olivetti architecture offer accommodation?
You can stay at both La Serra and Talponia. Carefully restored and featuring original furnishings, they offer a unique experience of the Olivetti world.

4. How much does an overnight stay cost?
Prices vary depending on the accommodation selected, the number of guests and the time of year. Below are indicative nightly price ranges:

  • La Serra: €100–130 per night
  • Talponia: €110–140 per night

5. How can I book a stay at Concetto O?
Visit the booking page. Start by filling in the form: select your dates in Ivrea, the number of guests and the accommodation you wish to stay in. You will then receive a confirmation email from us (welcome@concettoo.com) with all the details needed to proceed with payment. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is completed.

6. Is filling out the form enough to confirm my booking?
No. The booking is only confirmed once the bank transfer has been completed.

7. Can La Serra and Talponia be visited without staying overnight?
Yes. We recommend visiting the Casa Museo olivettiana, a residence restored to its original late-1960s appearance. Olivetti objects and period materials offer visitors an intimate insight into the aesthetic and cultural world of the company that shaped Italian design. Find out more at beyond us.

Absolutely. Ivrea has a great deal to offer. In 2018, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site as "Industrial City of the 20th Century”. The city is known not only for its Olivetti architecture, but also for its historic Carnival and local specialities such as the Torta Novecento, a cake with a secret recipe, and the Eporediesi, traditional biscuits named after the city’s inhabitants.
